This website allows information to be submitted for initial review. It does not guarantee purchase, onboarding, agreement, price, volume or supply.
Individual review
Each proposal is reviewed case by case. BWAY may request additional information or decide not to continue.
Personalised confidentiality agreement (NDA)
When appropriate, BWAY will prepare a confidentiality agreement (NDA) with the parties’ details and send it manually. Signature takes place outside the platform and is verified by Administration before extended information is enabled.
Extended information
Second-level access is enabled only when the confidentiality agreement (NDA) is verified, not required or expressly authorised with audit trail.
Accuracy and intellectual property
The producer must provide accurate information and respect third-party rights. Submission does not transfer intellectual property or grant final commercial use.
Future contracting
Any purchase, supply, collaboration or experience requires a separate agreement accepted by both parties.
