How we work

A serious, close and clear relationship from the first conversation.

We want to know you, not examine you. The conversation starts with who you are, what you make and what opportunity could be good for both sides. Early purchase may allow us to talk when others are not yet buying.

Conversation and trust

First we understand the product and the people who make it.

Each case is treated as a specific conversation: origin, finished products or products in progress, availability, facilities, expectations, the producer's margin and terms that may make sense for both sides.

Tell us what you make
1

You tell us who you are and what you make

We want to hear your story, where the project comes from, the products you care for and what you are proud of.

2

We get to know your story, facilities and way of working

Craft, traditional methods, know-how, territory and the facilities where the product is made, matured or waiting for its time all matter.

3

We talk about the product, its current stage and availability

It may be a finished product, wine in barrel, a spirit in maturation, ham in curing, cheese maturing or future production that still needs time.

4

We prepare a clear proposal if we see an opportunity for both sides

The conversation may become a purchase, supply, commercialisation or collaboration proposal linked to the product and its real timing.

5

We agree purchase, terms, care, follow-up and delivery

If there is an agreement, we define price, quantities, payment, care of the product until delivery, timing and each side's responsibilities in writing.

6

We stay in contact throughout the journey

BWAY does not disappear after signing. The relationship continues while the product evolves and until the agreed moment of delivery or commercial activation.

Submitting information does not mean an automatic purchase. Any operation is built through conversation and terms expressly accepted by both parties.
